This is a truly fascinating glass, the steel blue has been fired with a piece of black iridescent glass on top, and at the right temperature in the kiln, the blue turns this compelling metallic grey! Glass really is amazing. On the reverse of the pendant, you can see the original blue colour, where it was in contact with the kiln shelf.
